Hours
10 am to 5 pm (entrance closes at 4:30 pm).
Hours apply to Galleries, Museum Shop, NEZUCAFÉ , and Garden.
Closed
Closed on Mondays, during exhibition installations, and during the New Year's holiday period.
However, when a National Holiday falls on a Monday, the museum is open on that Monday and is closed on the following Tuesday.

For a Special Exhibition

For a Museum Collection Exhibition
- Timed-entry ticket (online)
- Adult: 1400 yen
Student*: 600 yen - Same-day ticket (at the door)
- Adult: 1600 yen
Student*: 800 yen
- *University students and above with valid student ID
- -Highschool and younger students with valid student ID will be admitted free of charge.
- -Please read here if you wish to be admitted by student rates. Visitors who are not eligible for the rates should purchase an Adult admission ticket.
- -200 yen discount is available for a Disability Certificate holder and an attendant.
Access
8-minute walk from Exit A5 of Omotesandō station of the Ginza, Hanzōmon and Chiyoda subway lines.
10-minute walk from Exit B3 (elevator exit) of Omotesandō Station.
5-minute walk from Minami Aoyama 6-chōme bus stop on the Metropolitan Bus Shibu 88 that runs between Shibuya and Shinbashi Station.

Notices
- No pets allowed on the Museum building or grounds, with the exception of assistant dogs.
- Smoking, eating and drinking are prohibited in all areas of museum, garden, and parking.
- Please refrain from using photographic equipment or talking on your cell phone in the galleries.
- Please comply with all “Do Not Enter” signs and notices. Teahouses in the garden are only open to tea ceremony or other invited participants.
- Use of the Museum Shop and the NEZUCAFÉ is restricted to those who have been admitted to the museum.
