Selling Prices

Expenses Other Than Selling Prices

Designated communications fees may arise from browsing the site, downloading content, or sending and receiving email messages concerning inquiries or other matters.

Timing and Method of Payment

Payment is by credit card.
Payment is made immediately upon completion of the Purchase Agreement. (The billing date will vary, depending on the credit card company.)
*The museum uses the GMO Payment Gateway, Inc., payment service.

Delivery

When the purchase has been completed, the purchase completion notification email sent to you will include a URL with the QR code for your timed-entry ticket. When you arrive at the museum at the designated time and date, show that QR code; a museum staff member will use a special scanner to read it and allow you to enter.

Returns

After purchase, you cannot change, cancel or return the ticket, regardless of the ticket type or reason for the request. A cooling off period does not apply to tickets provided on this site. If the museum closes temporarily or an exhibition is cancelled for reasons beyond our control, the museum may decide to give refunds. In that case, however, no refunds will be given if tickets are damaged, lost, or so dirty that they cannot be made out. Refunds apply only to the ticket price; any payment settlement fees will not be refunded. Refunds may take three or four weeks to be completed.
