Tea bowl, named Yamanoha

Nezumi Shino ware, literally "gray-shino ware" works are shaped and then coated in an iron slip, into which designs and motifs are scraped and scratched. Then white glaze is applied and it sinks into those scraped areas, thus creating a white relief effect.
